Inside Sales Representative: Looking For Top Talent
Top producing real estate team looking for TOP TALENTas an inside sales agent. Inside sales experience and appointment setting is a must.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for somebody who has made phone calls at a high level on a daily basis. If making 250 dials a day setting tons of appointments gets your blood moving this is for you! We are looking for future employees that want to grow exponentially; both financially and as an individual part of our team. At the end of the day we are looking for TOP Talent…Finally if you are not interested in making $100k plus doing inside sales and setting appointments this might not be the best position for you.
Responsibilities
– Calling prospects and setting appointments for agents
– Following up with clients
– Perform administrative tasks including copying, scanning, filing, typing and editing. Also, mailing out bulk mail and follow up systems
– Assemble docs to mail out to clients
– Coordinate scheduling of client and internal meetings
– Assist with special projects, including business development and proposals
Requirements
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent organizational skills
– Knowledge of Microsoft and spread sheets
– Ability to simultaneously work with multiple projects for various professionals and work within tight deadlines
– Integrity within a professional environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000 /year
Required experience: Made 200 plus calls daily as a prospector and hungry to set a lot of appts and turn appts into bonus checks.
